There is a saying that best way to learn something is to teach it to someone.

Is this saying goes true in today’s highly competitive world?

Does your boss, mentor, colleague teach you all they know?

Do you teach someone all you know?

Do you believe in keeping your knowledge to yourself so that your value does not decrease and someone is always dependent on you? If you teach someone what you know, do you think they will go farther in life and you would stay behind? Have you ever thought that your current position is just because of your knowledge or because of your ability to execute the knowledge efficiently? Are you only your knowledge or your personality?

Isn’t this regular phenomena in today’s world where people are reluctant to share their knowledge? Is this the reason why teachers used to get more respect as they teach all they know without fearing that one day their students will start coaching and they will get less students/business? Though in life many a times problem are same but all of us has different way of dealing with it, than why are we so reluctant to impart the knowledge.
